Round rubber skirt material - Tape is 1 inch wide with 40 individual strands - To release the strands just stretch and let loose. The strands will separate to make a beautiful quality skirt. Skip Cut Silicone Skirt Material - Silicone rubber is known for its bright colors and non-stick surface. To use, pull slit material through a skirt collar making sure uncut tabs are positioned at the end of the skirt. Cut off end tabs to free skirt legs.
